The worm shaft Assembly and worm wheel Assembly are installed in an all-in-one housing cast from an aluminum alloy by injection molding. Covers serve as bearing housings of a slow-moving shaft. The case is closed with a finned cover cast from an aluminum alloy. Parallel to the axis of the wheel shaft, there are four tides in the body with through holes for fixing the legs with studs. The same distance between the axes of the holes allows you to use the same paws to change the spatial position of the reducer in accordance with the options for the location of the worm pair..

The low-speed gear shaft is connected to the worm wheel by involute slots. The shaft is centered on the outer diameter of the slots. All shafts are supported by rolling bearings. Adjusting the bearings of high-speed and low-speed shafts is carried out by a set of metal gaskets installed between the covers and the housing.
To cool the gearboxes, a centrifugal fan consisting of an impeller and casings is installed on the worm shaft. The housing is attached to the gearbox housing with two bolts.
Transmission oil is crankcase non-current. The bearings of the worm and the wheel shaft, depending on the location of the worm pair, are lubricated either by immersion in an oil bath or by spraying. The oil level is monitored by a rod oil indicator that simultaneously acts as an outlet. The role of the vent is performed by a plug with perpendicular holes located in the upper part of the body, through the hole closed by this plug, oil is poured. A threaded hole in the lower part of the gearbox serves to drain the oil.
